Good Day, fellow Adventurers!
We wanted to touch base with all of our players—new,
old, current and past—and let you know what is happening on Shazzy’s Shard.
We are looking to hold our Second Annual Spring Fishing Tournament on the weekend of the 19th.
The Rules:

Everyone and Anyone can participate—as with ALL our Events, everyone who takes part will get a special GIFT.

This Event DOES require the Fishing Skill to get the items you will need to receive the First, Second or Third Place Awards.

Players will need to have a boat. Now, there are many boats on the server, if you do not have one, then I would ask around to see if you can borrow one for this Event. I would place a “Want To Borrow” post on the Forum to get one lined up.

You can have more then one person on a boat—so gang up if you want when you hit the High Seas.

There is an entry fee of 1K per person—Players will bring their entry fee, boat, armor, weapons, bandages, spell book, reagents, potions to the designated Starting Line ( no recall runes, Rune books, or other means of travel devices allowed in your backpack. Please be sure to have all those removed and in your house/bank before you show up for the Tournament )

Players MUST stay on their boat for the duration of the Competition—the Tourney will run for approximately ONE hour. This worked out fine last time, so it is very important that those who are entering be ready to go at the stated Start Time.

Fifteen minutes before the end of the competition, players will be asked to start heading back to the starting location.

At the end of the Competition, all participants will be given their Awards.
